Login Page for CCPCUA Application, Registration, and Reporting

Central Coastal Plain Capacity Use Area (CCPCUA) permit applicants, permit holders and registrants may apply and register as well as report water withdrawals, ground water levels, surface water purchases, conservation measures, and chloride sampling results through the web pages accessible beyond this login page.

System users are validated using either the North Carolina Identification system (NCID) or the CCPCUA identification and password system. Our preference is for you to use NCID, but your NCID must first be associated with one or more CCPCUA id(s). Please contact our office if you already have a NCID account and we will link the appropriate CCPCUA permits or registrations to your NCID account.

If you choose to use the CCPCUA id and password system and are already set up and activated, you may use the "CCPCUA Login" system to proceed.

If you don't have an id and password you must establish them using the "CCPCUA ID and Password Activation" form below. The CCPCUA form should be used for new applicants or registrants (you will need to create your own ID which will be replaced by an official one later). An email will be sent immediately after clicking the activation button, this will confirm your ID, password, email, contact name, and facility name. Once established you may log into the data entry system using your ID and password in the "CCPCUA Login" form.

User problems with Microsoft Edge have been resolved, however, if you encounter a glitch please either use another browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.) or switch to Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) by clicking the 3 dots (...) near the top right of Edge then choose Open with Internet Explorer.
